Find Serenity in 5 Minutes with my Meditation!

Find Serenity in 5 Minutes with my Meditation!

“[Flow means] being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away.  Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz.”

~ Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

On the mat, I enjoy sharing thoughtful hatha practices that flow with mindful breath while allowing us to play our edges with a light heart, as well as deeply nourishing and empowering sequences to optimize all stages of a woman’s life.

Drawing from my training and personal practices in meditation, alignment based hatha flow, Ayurveda and therapeutic yoga, as well as my work as a women’s health care practitioner and my own pregnancies and births, I create and guide loving yoga practices for women of all phases of life.

“Think only divine thoughts. Sow a thought, reap a deed; sow a deed, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character and reap a destiny. Thought is all-important. Evil thoughts are your most dangerous enemy. Character is built by good thoughts and noble conduct. The highest thought is God. That unseen power can be called Father or Mother, God or Goddess. Always repeat His name: Shiva, Krishna, Rama, Jesus, Mary, Kali or Om. Soak your mind with the Lord’s name. Merge yourself in the inner light and sound. That is the divine ground.”

~ Swami Vishnudevanand Saraswati of Allahabad
